Alan Chamberlain is currently a Senior Fellow in the Mixed Reality Lab at Nottingham. He has published numerous papers on many aspects of Human Computer Interaction and has successfully obtained funding for research projects. He is currently interested in Ethnography and User Engagement, Locative Media and Rural Applications of Pervasive Computing. His main research interests are listed below.Research interests
His research interests are generally in Human Computer Interaction, Ethnography and Engagement, Rural Computing and Computing in the Wild. I am also interested in Landscape, Location, Personal Narratives and Understandings of Place.
