I am currently a research fellow in the Mixed Reality Laboratory, part of the School of Computer Science at Nottingham University, where I have worked since February 2003. I have previously worked for the Centre for Mobile Communications Research at Loughborough University, and for the Bank of England.

Research interests

I have a wide variety of research interests, which include ubiquitous computing, public performance, and applications of computing with scientific research. I have a degree in computer science. However, although much of my research involves working with computer technology, my research methods have been influenced by wider academic disciplines such as psychology and ethnography.
