14/12/2011: I have been awarded a PhD degree after the Viva Examination by Prof. Tom Rodden and Prof. David De Roure.
I am currently was a PhD student at the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Nottingham.
I am also a member of the Mixed Reality Laboratory (MRL).
My supervisors are Prof. Chris Greenhalgh from the Mixed Reality Laboratory and Prof. Graham Kendal from the ASAP research group.
I have got an MSc in Applied Computing Science at the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands), Department of Information and Computing Sciences, where I discussed my master thesis in Delay Tolerant Networks, Routing Simulation Study. On July 2004 I have been awarded an MEng in Embedded System Design at the Polytechnic of Milan (Italy) where I have been working on a European project: POET (Power Optimisation of Embedded sysTems) and handed in my Master thesis, Engineering the Toolset of POET. On March 2003 I graduated at the University of Bologna (Italy), Computer Science and Information Technology, with particular focus on Distributed Network Protocols, and worked on my project of thesis, "A Multicast Protocol at Application Level", regarding multicast transmission of data.
